In the past it was possible for patients to register online prior to their appointment in The Hand Center. Recently enacted Federal regulations entitled HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) have made this process so difficult that it has been discontinued. We apologize for no longer providing this service to our patients.

However, it is permissible for you to fill out your registration forms prior to coming to the office, which should save you time. Go to the Hand Center Home page of this website and download the forms by clicking "PDF file" under "Pre-Register Now." Fill out the forms and bring them with you to the office.

If you do not fill out the forms prior to your visit, please plan to arrive in the office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, and if you do bring the forms with you, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
