APPOINTMENTS
Please call during office hours to schedule your visit. We will make every effort to see you at the appointed time, but unexpected emergencies and other problems may cause us to run late from time to time. We do try very hard to stay on time, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused if you have to wait. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call the office as soon as possible and reschedule your visit for another time.

QUESTIONS
If you call the office during the day with questions about your treatment plan or other problems you are having, the receptionist will put you in contact with your doctor's nurse. Often she is able to answer your questions, but if it is necessary for you to speak to the physician, she will pass your message on to him. On nights and weekends, your inquires will be answered by the hand Fellow on call.

URGENT CARE
If you have an urgent problem, please call our office for instructions. If it is after office hours, the answering service will take your number and the hand Fellow will respond as quickly as possible.
